Transit times are between 2-6 business days within the continental U.S. Shipping to HI and AK requires air delivery.

Upon shipment of your order you will receive an email from the shipping company used with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Our Guarantee:
If you buy a BAD BAG you will be impressed by its workmanship, durability, and commitment to pure function. Anything less and we will refund your money. All BAD BAGS products are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and workmanship. Should a product fail due to a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace it. We can accept no liability for injuries that result during the use of our product.

Repairs:
Occasionally the hazards of travel will take its toll on your BAD BAG. Should this happen we are happy to repair your duffel for you. Please clean your duffel first and send to us at the address at the bottom of this page. Include your name, address and phone/email inside the box. Upon receipt, we will determine the repair necessary and contact you with the cost.

Returns:
Should you wish to return an item purchased from BAD BAGS, you may do so up to three months after the purchase date. Returns must be in unused condition accompanied by a copy of the invoice with your request for refund. Refunds will be made promptly, excluding shipping charges.
